This program allowed aliens who have fallen into the category of unlawful presence to those who have not had a United States citizen spouse or a United States citizen child who is 21 years or over who is gainfully employed. Under the present immigration climate, it may be worthwhile to consider this option to apply for legalization. This program has provided for the waiver to be submitted and approved before the aliens are required to appear before the United States Consulate General in their country of origin for their interviews.

LABOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM:

A prospective employer may submit labor certification classification for its skilled future workers. If the labor classification is approved, the next step is to file an immigrant visa classification to the USCIS. However, since section 245(i) was not reauthorized by Congress the applicants are not eligible for an adjustment in the United States, therefore at this moment in time, this program is better for applicants who are living in their country of origin or other countries of citizenship. This program has provided for fast-tracking for professionals and applicants with extraordinary skills, they fall in a category where they may be self-petitioners.

TEMPORARY NON-IMMIGRANT WORKERS:

The changes in the post-pandemic period in the labor market have been termed as a phenomenon in the industries requiring physical appearance in the workplace to perform their duties. Therefore, we have expanded our services to provide the options for employers facing workers shortage to apply for non-immigrant temporary workers to fill the existing shortage gaps. However, this may be excellent for neighboring countries, which may prevent and stem illegal immigration.
